Feeling Dreamy...

White dress: Waiste Vintage (coming soon)
Lace Cardigan and Floral waistcoat: c/o COW Vintage
Fedora: Catarzi via ASOS

I really like the way the sky came out in these pictures, it kinda matches the dreamy outfit vibes? I was recently contacted by the lovely Helen over at COW vintage, and not only did they send me the most amazing box of vintage boho goodies for me to dress up in, they also asked if I wanted to come in a style up some outfits for a new blogger feature, which will be unveiled when they relaunch their website on 6th December. I'm really excited to show you the outfits I chose as I loved them, and it was literally my idea of heaven being let loose in a vintage shop for the day, so thank you Helen!

I love COW vintage, when I lived in Birmingham I used to go in the one they have there, although they do have stores all over the place up North, they always seem to have so many hidden gems compared to other vintage places (and I have been to a lot of vintage shops) and they're really well-priced for their vintage too. I've actually been looking for a lace cardigan like this for a while now, and this one is a beaut.

It's the best feeling when you're searching for something and you discover a vintage-version of the item you want, it's such a thrill. I could go on about how much I love vintage for days, but I think you all know already.

Playsuit: c/o BooHoo (sold out in black now!)
Leopard Kimono: Evil Twin
'Samantha' Bag: c/o Pauls Boutique (comes in loads of amazing colours!)
Belt: Vintage
Necklaces: Waiste
Boots: Jeffrey Campbell

I really like the double leopard print in this outfit! I actually can't believe this playsuit is Boohoo. I admit I've actually never really looked on the Boohoo site before, but after taking a good look through they have really some awesome things! This could almost be by From Love and Lemons, the sheer sleeves, cross back and lace are perfect. I'll definitely be taking more of a look in future as they have lots of gorgeous party and Christmas pieces in their Dressmass section, and you can even win your Christmas wardrobe! More info HERE

I thought my new Pauls Boutique bag would go with this outfit perfectly too, it's my new go-to party bag, small enough to take out, yet big enough to fit all the essentials in. My love for kimonos is still going strong, always, this velvet Evil Twin one is one I bought last year and I'm still in love with, and always adds a boho edge to any outfit, which is what I'm all about.

Pattern Clash

Dress,Cardigan,Sleeveless Gilet: All Vintage
Bag: c/o HOJ
Sunglasses: c/o Pret a Voir
Boots: ASOS
Fedora: Catarzi via ASOS
Jacket: Carboot

This is what I wore yesterday on a sunny Sunday afternoon walk. I think I'm starting to get the hang of layering for how cold it is but still dressing like myself? If you know what I mean. I'm feeling better about getting dressed in the morning anyway. I love these Police sunglasses from Pret a Voir, as they remind me of a Wildfox pair I was desperate to have this summer as they had such amazing colour lenses (here) and these are pretty similar too and are much cheaper too! Perfect for winter sun.

This eco friendly tote bag by Emma from HOJ is the perfect size to lug all my stuff around in all day, and they're the perfect size for when you go food shopping so you can carry everything back in them rather than using loads of plastic bags. I thought these were extra fun as they have riddles on them called 'rebus squares' created by Emmas grandad, with the answer on the back in German, so I'm still figuring them out! I love that idea, and thought that was the loveliest idea to have on something so sentimental on them! Let me know if you can speak German and can figure it out! I'm trying not to use google translate...

It's kind of like the 90s meeting the 60s...

Tartan two-piece: c/o Loving Youth
Gilet: Vintage
Sheer Shirt: Vintage
Boots: Charity Shop
Necklaces: Waiste
Hat: Vintage

Oh hi blogging I've missed you! Sorry for for the silence, in my defence this week I've been so busy with my shop that I've barely had time to get dressed let alone find the time to take any outfit posts. But I'm hopefully going to get back on track with this blogging thing next week, because not doing it for a week has made me realise how much I do love and miss it! I've been incredibly lucky with all the opportunities blogging has brought me this year alone, and I'm not about to let anyone down with it!

Even if I may have to start taking indoor pictures as it's so cold! (Yes I know I have no tights on here, I did end up in them after these were taken, damn you cold weather) I also admit my recent lull has been due to the fact that black tights are ruining all my outfits. I hate them and I hate having to wear them, it's really knocking my confidence in my dressing at the moment.

How amazingly awesome is this little tartan two-piece though, I've been dying to wear it for ages. I know I could have gone all Cher Horowitz with it, but I thought I'd put my own style spin on it instead. And my first time wearing tartan this year too! Loving Youth have an amazing ASOS market place shop HERE which is  basically tartan heaven.

Dress: StyleStalker
Coat: c/o Cow Vintage

Say hello to dream bag and dream coat. (More on the coat later)

A little while ago I was asked by Susy if I'd like to take part in her blogger project to design our own bag, and I jumped at the chance. I'm a massive fan of Susy's brand anyway, and as we are both women owned small businesses it was amazing to have the opportunity to support each other in this way. Four bloggers were asked to redesign the classic Baia 'mini' bag and the designs to be sold on the Baia website, and this is mine. I'm absolutely in love with it. I've never done anything like design a bag before and seeing Susy turn my dream bag into a really is incredible!

It was so difficult to pick just one design! Of course I tried to put a little bit of my personality into the bag, but having never made one I had no idea if what I was designing would even translate at first? I looked to vintage boho bags for inspiration and then I decided on a tan leather as it would be wearable with pretty much anything. I then thought I would concentrate my design on the lid of the bag, with an aztec-style pattern, and a decorative foil and patent leather finish to compliment the tan, and to make it look interesting. I really wanted a tassle something or other on there somewhere, and so when Susy suggested to put it in the middle, I thought that was perfect to make it look a bit more bohemian.

My design along with the other bloggers is available to buy in a limited run of 25. (Hello Christmas presents, hint hint!) And you can buy it HERE

PS. This is my DREAM COAT. I've found it! I've got another great collab coming up in December with COW Vintage that I can't wait to show you, but at the moment, I'm living in this coat!

What do you think? Do you like my design?
