Birthday Girl

Dress: Vintage, Gilet: Topshop, Boots: ASOS, Bag: COW Vintage

Butterbeer! Pure Sugar...
Dead Dobby :(
Diagon Alley

I don't ever usually do this sort of post but I had such a magical birthday on Saturday I wanted to have a memory of it, and what better way that to blog it! After a tense few weeks of trying and failing to get Harry Potter studio tour tickets, one of my best friends managed to get us them a week before. (Helpful hint: if you want to go and they've sold out, make sure you check the Sunday before as businesses get allocated a certain amount, and any unwanted tickets go on sale at 10am) I had my heart set on going as I've always been obsessed with the Harry Potter books, and after watching the films back to back over Christmas I fell in love with the magical world all over again.

It was literally the best day, I went with my 5 best friends in the world from home, my best friends brother and my boyfriend and we spent hours there, and I could have spent hours more. Of course I forgot my camera, so these are just a few dodgy iPhone pics, and I didn't want to post too many as I don't want to ruin it for anyone who wants to go but hasn't yet. But I'll just say it was incredible, and definitely worth £30.

I also spend a silly amount of birthday money in the gift shop, I couldn't resist a Griffindor mug, a photo of all of us in Weasley's flying car, and a toy unicorn among other things. You could buy anything and everything HP it was pricey but amazing!
Best Make-up bag EVER from my blogger bestie Helena
Some of my favourite presents, mainly kitties and unicorns!
New Miracle Eye velvet Goodies (they were a present from myself, unfortunately they didn't arrive in time to wear on my Birthday but I didn't mind)
Wanted the Wildfox Sleep Shirt for so long! Very lucky girl.
I had cupcakes for breakfast of course. The most delicious cupcakes from my boyfriend from Buttercup Bakery.

I had the best birthday a girl could wish for, thank you so much for all your birthday wishes and love on social media too, I wish I could have replied to you all personally. I couldn't have wished for a more perfect day. I felt completely spoilt and incredibly lucky to have spent it with my most favourite people in the whole world. Ok soppy post over!

I'll put a Spell on You...

Sleeveless crochet cardigan: Vintage
Harley Davidson Tee: Vintage
Rosary Necklace: Waiste
Paisley Short: Forever 21

I finally got my hands on this beautiful tassel coat by Spell. It's been on various wish lists of mine for forever (as is most of their beautiful things are) and when I saw they had a sale I thought I would treat myself with my Christmas money on Christmas day. It arrived last week and was definitely worth the wait (and custom charge-boo) It's one of those things that just seem to go with everything, I love it.

With all their beautiful lookbooks and prints they've really become one of my favourite brands, and are so inspiring. I could swoon over their website all day, wishing I lived by the sea. One day. Please, pretty please can someone stock them in the UK so I can spend all my money on their bags kimonos and playsuits please?

Meanwhile, I've been super busy in the Waiste studio designing and making more lovely jewellery pieces, and working with lots of new materials, including this rosary chain necklace I've had designed in my head for so long, and finally got a chance to create this weekend.
