Happy Sunday! WOW ok, I know I know, it’s been a while.  Honestly I don’t know why I find it so difficult to keep up with writing this silly thing, I think maybe because I’m not a fan of writing it’s not something that comes easily to me, and the thought of sitting down to write blog posts some times is quite daunting. Which is definitely something I need to get over ASAP as I really do feel it’s so important to keep up with something outside of instagram these days. Another string to your bow and other such weird sayings. So the other day I decided to sit down and make a list of some blog post ideas to help me figure where to go next, I’ve got a few but if you still read this (hello is anyone out there?) please let me know if you have anything you want me to write about, from my shop to my style my dog, haha the possibilities! Just leave a comment or DM me, whatever you like.

Anyway, so I wanted to write this post as I recently got gifted these incredibly extra round Chloe sunglasses from Smart Buy Glasses and I’m just, well I’m in love. I’ve always found it a struggle when trying to find some round glasses, none suited me, they were either too small or looked like I was wearing fancy dress, so I’m just happy I’ve finally found some to suit my face shape! Plus Chloe is my number one dream brand, I just love all the 70s inspired collections, if I was rich it would be all I’d wear. Also, if you’re planning on buying any designer sunglasses, then definitely do head over to the Smart Buy Glasses website as they are one of the cheapest I’ve found.

These retro round frames add such a vintage feel to an outfit too and I love the gradient on them too. So of course I had to style it up a little Chloe-esqe with my outfit, starting these snakeskin trousers from ZARA , which I’m so glad I bought as they’ve been one of my favourite AW pieces in my wardrobe at the moment, plus they’re bang on trend of course. I actually didn’t think they would go with anything but they literally go with everything ! I found this baby blue super soft suede fringe jacket in a massive fringe jacket delivery we had to the shop and I couldn’t resist keeping it. How good is orange/brown/baby blue together what  a match made in heaven.

I just love the colour of this jacket, don’t you? I got a quite extensive vintage fringe jacket collection and I feel like this was definitely missing from it, it really reminds me of this one, (which I’ve been lusting after for months) so I feel like the universe gave me a sign with this vintage one. This is one of the things I love most about vintage, (most) fashion these days has taken inspiration from the past let’s face it. So if you hunt for it, you are more than likely to find a vintage version which is just as good! It’s so nice to mix it up when styling outfits with vintage and current, it creates such a nice balance with a modern look and really makes outfits unique. I kept it tonal with a simple polo neck, layered some gold jewellery then finished the look off with my beautiful Chloe bag. I saved and saved and finally got one this year from Bicester Village, and ISN’T SHE A BEAUTY. Definitely me in bag version for sure.

I LOVE your snakeskin pants, and anything snake print, honestly! I’d love to read more about your store in your blog, that would be cool. X
